Andrea joined Community Foundations of Canada (CFC) in 2015 as Vice President, later serving as Chief Operating Officer before being appointed President in January 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in community and corporate philanthropy, she has been at the forefront of building partnerships and driving change. She was the founding Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough and has held leadership roles with the Rideau Hall Foundation, PwC Canada Foundation, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
At CFC, Andrea works hand-in-hand with Canada’s 208 community foundations and connects with peers around the world to advance the power of philanthropy. A passionate advocate for community-driven solutions, she champions the role of local leadership in tackling global challenges—from climate change to human rights and gender equality.
